Thanksgiving!

Here is the whole gang feasting on turkey. We had a smaller group this year, mom, dad and Lynden came to us and we stayed in Park City. It was a blast!

Trip up the Canyon

Before it got too cold outside, Bren and I took a drive around the Alpine Loop and I was able to snap this picture from the car. I love these trees!



We stopped by the river to take a picture, I love all of the fall leaves.

We had initially planned on hiking up to the Timpanogos Caves, but the trail was closed..(which was okay with me after I read the sign that said it was a two hour hike straight up the mountain, and I was already freezing my booty off!) ;-)

We recently visited my family in California, and this was a really cool graffiti wall we found in downtown LA while taking Brenden on his first trip to Hollywood!

And this was Brenden's favorite pose....NOT (he felt a little silly) I thought it was fun!

Over the Christmas/New Years holiday vacation, Brenden and I did a lot of traveling. On the 16th we left for the Las Vegas bowl, and were there until SUNDAY!! It was really fun to stay at the Planet Hollywood hotel, have pretty much everything paid for, and spend the quality time together, but by Sunday...we were both ready to leave that dirty place. Then it was off to California where we spent a week with the Williams. We most definitely enjoyed the sunshine, and Brenden was able to play golf twice while we were there...he was thrilled! On Saturday we left for New Mexico for New Years. During our stay in NM the family went paintballing, which was a blast! They went last year too, but it was my first time and I loved it!

We also had a Mexican meal one night which is a tradition in Brenden's family. It was fun for me to learn how to cook all of the food with Kristal and Gma. Thanks to grandma's instruction, I even made chocolate and coconut creme pies! And they actually turned out!! That was a first for me. Brenden took me for a little off-roading ride in his old Chevy Blazer from high school and showed off his manly skills...it was sexy. ;-) After all was said and done, we were happy to be back to our little apartment in Provo...despite all of the snow!

Well, we still haven't received wedding pics, but here are a couple that friends and family took to hold you off...we will be sure and post the officail ones as soon as we get our hands on them!

Honeymooners! We stayed Saturday and Sunday night in

the historical Mission Inn hotel in Downtown Riverside.

It was so nice! We loved it, especially because it so beautifully

decorated with Christmas lights.
